• Twice-yearly comprehensive property inspection that often enables us to pre-empt any potential problems so saving money in the long run
• Compliance and certificate testing. We diarise all the important dates to ensure that all the key safety and required tests are completely up to date
• Management of all communications and correspondence with the tenant
• A 24-hour emergency service – it is now a legal requirement for tenants to be able to contact a landlord 24/7 and our team are always available on the landlord’s behalf (emergencies only)
• A vacant management service – in the case of a vacant home, we will visit the property and ensure that the facilities are operational
• Advice and assistance on any refurbishment to provide the best financial return
