Case study: Two mews sat opposite one another, yet one achieved 50% more than the asking price of the other. We identified that the more valuable mews benefited from its cobbled street, which enhanced its character and appeal. We then worked with the owners of the other mews to have their street cobbled, improving the appearance for those living there, increasing kerb appeal and adding genuine value to their properties.
