If Antoine hadn’t been an adrenaline junkie, Lurot Brand might not have existed. It was his love of rally driving that introduced him to the joy of mews homes where he, like so many avid and famous drivers, combined living ‘above the car’ in the heart of central London – a stone’s throw from the restaurants, pubs and cultural spots that continue to make London so vibrant. 

Spotting the opportunity to become an expert in and connoisseur of mews throughout London, Antoine and his team have, over the last 50 years, developed an unsurpassed specialism in these gloriously individual homes.  As a mews owner Antoine doesn’t just talk the talk, he lives it.  Unsurprisingly one of his favourite mews is Bathurst where he grows olives and where the garage space is home to his beloved scooter, convertible and sculpting bench.
