Tenants who flout tenancy agreements to sub-let through Airbnb are currently in the news. Our General Manager, James Robinson, told The Sunday Times that this new type of sub-letting isn’t hard to spot: “When you go for inspections there are ribbon-tied towels on the bed, with a little lavender bag on the pillow.”
