Mews houses outperform the large houses they were built to serve

Formerly stables and homes of the working class, London’s mews were scruffy, undervalued places despite their prime Central London location. This is no longer the case. In the words of James Robinson, General Manager of Lurot Brand, “these humble converted stables have become so very valuable.” Their sale prices often outperform those of surrounding properties. In addition to being excellent investments, mews homes are sought after for many other reasons.
