Build-to-rent bonus
Following a report that 57% more build-to-rent units were created in 2019 than in 2018, our Head of Lettings Mollie Crowley told BuyAssociation: “The increase is indicative of a rapidly-changing approach to renting in the UK, suggesting there is a significant shift in the way people view renting.”
