As 2024 comes to a close and we step into 2025, we’re thrilled to share our Mews Property of the Year – the delightful Cranley Mews, SW7. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom gem embodied everything we love about mews living, from its charming exterior to its thoughtfully designed interiors.
Cranley Mews, with its delightful exterior and prime position in one of London’s most charming mews, was undoubtedly a standout property in 2024. When a long-standing client returned to Lurot Brand to handle the sale, the results were exceptional: competitive bidding drove the final price above asking, with the home secured by efficient and motivated buyers. Truly one of the year’s highlights!
Nestled in the heart of South Kensington, the property’s charming façade and idyllic location made it an instant favourite with buyers. Inside, the first floor featured a country-style kitchen and an open reception room with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a skylight that flooded the space with natural light.
