Conduit Place is a charming historic mews-style street in Paddington, running between Spring Street and London Street within the City of Westminster. Located in the Bayswater Conservation Area, Conduit Place offers an appealing mix of characterful period homes, modern apartments and historic commercial buildings, including the former warehouse and coach house at No. 21. The street takes its name from an ancient stone-built conduit house that once supplied water to the City of London until the 1820s, reflecting the area’s long and fascinating history.
