Broadstone Place is a picturesque historic mews in the heart of Marylebone, running between Blandford Street and Dorset Street and positioned close to the historic Kenrick Place. Originally created to provide stabling and coach house accommodation for the grander properties on Chiltern Street, Broadstone Place retains the intimate character associated with London’s traditional mews streets. The mews forms part of the Portman Estate Conservation Area, reflecting the importance placed on preserving the distinctive architectural character and historic setting of this part of Marylebone. During the Second World War, Broadstone Place was struck directly by a high-explosive bomb, resulting in the rebuilding of its properties.

Broadstone Place is surrounded by some of Marylebone’s most recognisable streets and landmarks. Blandford Street is particularly notable for its connection to The Beatles, who filmed scenes for Help! there in 1965. The mews is also ideally positioned for the shops, cafés and restaurants of Marylebone, with both Baker Street and Bond Street Underground stations within convenient walking distance.
