Balfour Mews is a spacious and predominantly gabled mews situated in the heart of Mayfair, between South Audley Street and Park Lane. Many of the properties are larger than the average mews home, and residents also benefit from a highly prestigious location.

The mews forms part of Westminster City Council’s Mayfair Conservation Area, first designated in 1969. Its name reflects the historic May Fair that was held in the surrounding fields, near today’s Shepherd Market. Several properties, including 12a, 13, and 15 Balfour Mews, are Listed Buildings.
