Mollie Swallow
MARLA Head of Lettings
Director

Years of experience means that Mollie can immediately identify those potential tenants that will suit mews life. Landlords appreciate that sixth sense which makes the process quicker, smoother and more profitable when renting their property. Mews homes appeal to a particular audience who want to be close to the heart of the London action, yet in a peaceful setting and to those that want their own front door but not necessarily a garden. Each day Mollie and the team has the chance to surprise and delight potential tenants when she shows them the always individual, often creative, sometimes quirky, homes.
Horbury Mews in Ladbroke Grove is Mollie’s particular favourite with its T-shape, large historic plaque and many pastel painted homes. But it’s the history and great stories that swirl around so many of the mews and their previous owners – James Hunt, Agatha Christie, Christine Keeler, Francis Bacon, Sean Connery, Dame Margot Fonteyn to name but a few.
