Whilst the residential property industry is yet to be officially regulated, we at Lurot Brand strongly believe that all our staff should uphold certain standards and knowledge. To that end, we are pleased to announce that all members of our Sales and Lettings teams are either ARLA or NAEA qualified. We hope that this will continue to ensure that our reputation and professionalism are spot on and in turn will reflect positively in the way we deal with both our clients and applicants.

 

The Sales market is still buoyant, and, with Christmas and the New Year soon approaching there is increased effort from everybody to get things finalised in time to enjoy a couple of weeks relaxation. Supply to the market is still low but this is to be expected at this time of year. Buyers however need not despair, there are still new properties coming to the market with Lurot Brand. For this reason it is now even more important that your agent has a clear understanding of your requirements, and informs you of something new as soon as it becomes available. Similarly, having your finances organised and your solicitor in place will really help the process. This is sometimes the difference between a successful and unsuccessful bid.

The message remains the same as it always has been – If you see a property that fits your requirements and budget, then jump on it and don’t look back…you are unlikely to regret your decision.
