Angel Yard is off Highgate High Street & Pond Square in Highgate Village, N6. The cobbled mews is 400 years old and was saved in 2005 from redevelopment and restored to a residential development of just 4 buildings by Steven Heath (owner). The mews is situated next to the Angel Inn, previously owned by Mitchell & Butler. The mews still retains a big rock in it which was used to mount your horse from. Each of the houses are now separately owned but the street is still in Mr Heath’s ownership.
