Lurot Brand are members of The Property Ombudsman scheme for estate agents, The National Association of Estate Agents and The Association of Residential Lettings Agents. Tenants deposits are also protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme which is run by the The Dispute Service (TDS) and they are required to supply summarised details of all tenancies to the Department of Communities and Local Government (CLG).
