Magnificent May Properties

Following the warmest March since records began, we have experienced what surely must have been the wettest April since the phrase ‘April showers’ was coined! I am very pleased to report that it has done little to dampen the Lettings market. In fact following a fairly slow start to 2012, we are very busy indeed. Plenty of new properties to choose from which is excellent news for you. However there are also plenty of people looking to move so there is strong competition for properties and we are seeing high rents being achieved across central London.

The good news is that you are coming to London in a very exciting year. We are rapidly approaching the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and then the Summer Olympics/Paralympics which is generating worldwide interest so there couldn’t be a more dynamic and opportune time for you to move.

Our ARLA qualified Team will be ready to help you whether you are simply ‘window shopping’, downsizing (or upsizing!) or relocating to London.
